Dirty Thirty

I have band-aids on both my wrist from those damn muscle ups. People probably think I cut myself. On a lighter note however, I thought of a great name for a beer.

How're you liking those five fingers thus far? I've been eyeing them lately, thinking about getting a pair.

I like them a lot. They take some getting-used-to as far as running but anything else is an easy transition.
